What’s On the Agenda

So, what’s coming up next? Not a whole lot actually. I am, however, working on another release. It will have six or seven songs on it, included will be the three from “Broken Robots…” but I’m going to re-mix them up a bit. The additional three to four songs are currently in the works right now.

In fact, I have two songs actively being recorded. One is a moody, darker more electronic piece, while the other is a bit more noisy and (I think) more faithfully serves the post-rock genre. I’m also working on a piece that will have a vocal track or two, of course not sung by me. Oh no, I’m not doing that (to you or myself) but a fine singer who has just the perfect voice for this kind of work. The song isn’t fully structured yet, so I can’t speak to its character quite yet.

This record I am working on will be called “Fly By Wire” and will be released as a 12″ (yes, vinyl, I love vinyl records) CD and be distributed through SNOCAP.  The vinyl will most likely be on colored vinyl and be a pretty limited run (300-500 max).

Ok, that’s the update for now. Stay tuned, I’ll be posting rough mixes of those two songs in the very near future.
